Energy is the fuel for sustainable high performance. It determines whether and how we show up each day, physically, mentally and emotionally.
What is it?
Your energy is your capacity to do meaningful work and engage fully with life. It is either boosted or drained by what we choose to do or not do, for our body, mind and soul.
The issue today
Many people focus on managing their time but neglect their energy. They push through fatigue, sacrifice recovery and wear busyness as a badge of honour. However this leads to depletion and eventually - if left unchecked - burnout.
Why it matters
Without energy, nothing else works. Focus fades, mood plummets, resilience drops. But when your energy is strong and well managed, you are able to consistently perform at your best in all areas of your life.
